Listen, collaborate, and transform
I am deeply committed to walking alongside developing and neurodivergent individuals—including those with Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, Sensory Struggles, and related profiles—as they pursue meaningful growth and engagement in their daily lives. With over two decades of occupational therapy experience, I’ve learned that honoring each person's unique way of being is the foundation for true progress.
I specialize in neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based, science informed care that centers the individual—not a diagnosis. My approach is respectful, collaborative, and grounded in deep empathy and clinical expertise.
I work with children, teens, and adults who are navigating challenges in areas such as: Sensory processing; Emotional regulation; Executive functioning; Motor skills; Interoception; Fine motor skills; Feeding and Digestion concerns; and Advocacy – I place special emphasis on helping clients develop awareness of internal body signals (like hunger, pain, toileting needs. or anxiety) and use that insight to enhance emotional regulation, self-care, and overall well-being.
Through my occupational therapy services, I empower clients to build the tools and confidence needed to participate more fully and comfortably in their everyday activities—on their terms.
As a neurodiversity-affirming practice, I celebrate all neurotypes, foster autonomy, and support each client’s innate strengths, interests, and values.
I am honored to support you or your loved one in achieving occupational therapy goals with compassion, integrity, and respect.
Let’s work together to build a life that feels meaningful, safe, and authentically yours.
